Oswin Charity Project aiming to turn Prisoners into Professional Bakers

We are pleased to be a part of a new project  which is aiming to give prisoners a second oppurtunity by training them as Professional Bakers. The North East based charity The Oswin Project, is a charity aimed at giving prisoners the chance to learn new skills. The project will entail training up to 10 inmates in Level 2 and in some cases level 3 Bakery qualifications in preparation for their Bakery named Bakin Free which is due to open in the Autumn.

" we are delighted to be working with Fiona, Ian and the rest of the team on this project, it’s a great initiative and something we are pleased to be able to help with and support” says Ann Wells co-owner and Marketing Director
