The most convenient prover for using alongside micro bakery ovens, these Rofco provers have a maximum capacity of six 48cm x 48cm / 18" x 18" trays and feature a manual fill system and digital thermostat for easy and straightforward assisted proving.
With a glass door for visibility of the proving cycle, and a maximum temperature of 40°C, these units can be sited on the floor with an oven housed above to create a company baking process in a domestic or semi-commercial environment.
