Suitable for craft and wholesale bakeries, the compact Daub ‘SLIM’ dough divider uses an accurate vacuum system (rather than a traditional piston) to create equal portions of dough across a variety of weight ranges.
This gentle technique results in consistent and quality products because during portioning, the dough is not compressed and therefore does not lose it’s characteristics and integrity. The divider works well with all types of dough including those with high water content.
The 2x200 Model features a double piston for lower weight ranges and capacity of up to 2200 pieces per hour. The dough divider is designed in such a way that there is no metal-to-metal contact where components slide against each other, so the machine withstands continuous use at the same time as producing an accurate and consistent solution.
The machine is very easy to operate with simple electronic speed control, allowing the user to manipulate throughput to suit production requirements, with a piece counter allowing easy tracking of output. During dividing, no dough remains in the chamber (vacuum system), therefore users do not have to remove waste/debris in the way they may need to do so in a piston operated machine. As a ‘no oil’ system, the machine also does not become blocked or messy. All contact components are manufactured in stainless-steel or are Teflon coated to further aid production.
