The SFE6605 floorstanding automatic pastry sheeter offers a great laminating solution for bakeries looking for constant use. Offering good belt sizes, it's flexible to use with larger dough blocks, while also allowing control over the reduction of the pastry thickness with intuitive controls.
The mobile floorstanding machine features fold up arms, which can be stored when not in use, making it easily accessible within the production space.
650mm wide belts with a length of 1300mm on either side make this model suitable for larger facilities who are looking for increased productivity and high pastry lamination output, while still benefiting from manual operation and control across many product lines.
The motorised two-way belt control and roller gap adjustment offers the most control, with up to 50kgs of dough being processed per hour.
A 0-30mm roller gap means a level of manipulation is required prior to sheeting to prepare the dough block ahead of reducing the thickness.
