The Gorreri ENROBMATIC Chocolate Compound Enrobing Machine is a specialised piece of equipment used in the confectionery industry for coating various food items, such as cakes, cookies, and pastries, with a layer of chocolate compound. It streamlines the enrobing process, ensuring consistent and uniform chocolate coating on products from sponge cakes to delicate pastries, this machine delivers precision and efficiency in chocolate application.
The machine features a sturdy stainless steel structure mounted on adjustable feet with Polycarbonate side protections to ensure safety during operation.
The working chamber is heated through radiant ceramic plates, maintaining an optimal temperature for chocolate enrobing, with an inner neon light which illuminates the chamber, to monitor the process.
The main conveyor is equipped with a powered control inverter for precise speed adjustments with a heated roll detachment mechanism. The chocolate tank’s level is monitored using a programmable electronic sensor.
