Helping bakers adapt their production – It’s not just the new kids on the block that need advice!

Today Steve talks us through some recent projects involving some long time established existing bakeries, who needed to diversify or increase production and came to us to help guide them.
We often talk about and talk to new bakery start-ups and the support we offer them when entering into the industry, how to make a product, or how to kit out a bakery – but we also offer advice and guidance to bakery businesses as they diversify or increase production in a certain area. Often traditional high street craft bakers are looking to understand methods and processes involved with manufacturing a new product for them, or perhaps at increased levels for a new type of customer. We have worked with many businesses at this stage and are able to offer equipment solutions tailored to these needs, including wholesale businesses looking to manufacture unique sourdough products using traditional techniques at scale, and retail bakers moving into wholesale production. Steve talks through the process and machinery that has helped these bakers flourish in their endeavours.
