A New Era for Our Test Bakery: More Support, More Space, More Innovation

Our test bakery has always been at the heart of what we do, being able to offer new bakers the chance to use commercial equipment for the first time, allowing existing businesses the chance to develop a recipe or process and everything in between, sometimes just a facility businesses can use to experiment.
Our offering is improving in the next few months with the addition of a full time dedicated technician on hand for trails, test bakes and product development support, a confectionery cutting laboratory focusing on cake portioning machinery and a much asked for pizza equipment space, showcasing a range of equipment aimed towards pizza directly as opposed to the crossover with bread and pastry.
A little building work to expand the facility, and some reorganisation has allowed us to utilise our best product technologist Chris Lees and sees the Test Bakery advance to have more availability for bakers and more facilities when here.
