Standalone cabinet Provers offer bakers a controlled fermenting environment that can be used to consistently develop various doughs and products ahead of baking.
Designed as 'reach-in' units to accommodate either baking sheets or dough trays, this type of prover will ensure more flexible production runs, the ability to plan for bottlenecks, faster overall production and improved consistency of product.
With a temperature range of +25°/+40°C, the prover is manufactured in stainless-steel and is mounted on castors for ease of use and movement within the bakery environment.
Combining energy efficiency, and a choice of tray size configurations, this cabinet offers a maximum 17 tray capacity behind a single door.
