For more than 60 years the Merand ‘Tregor’ vertical baguette moulder has been the ‘go-to’ in the industry for authentic, yet automated moulding of baguette products.
The machine, which sits compactly on a table top (or mobile stand supplied as an extra), is capable of moulding products between 50g and 1450g and has a capacity of up to 1800 pieces per hour.
Operating vertically, dough is guided between 3 rollers and manipulated without stress of detriment to the product.
Manual adjustment allows the users to achieve a varied rolling finish and length of product.
Optional add-ons allow for the machine to achieve moulding of high hydration doughs and/or pointed ends to products.
