FAQ’s

How is my workshop booking confirmed?

Once we have received payment for the workshop you will receive confirmation of your order by email along with specific information about the running of the day.

What happens if Brook Food cancel the workshop?

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the workshop by Brook Food, we will fully refund you or offer a swap to a future workshop. We cannot be held liable for transport costs.

What happens if I need to cancel the workshop booking?

The course fee will only be refunded if we fill your space on the course.

What do I do if I have dietary requirements?

Please let us know two weeks in advance, if you have any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We cannot guarantee that the workshop content will be altered for specific requirements.

What do I do if I am ill or need to contact someone on the day of the course?

If you need to speak to us on the day of the course please call us direct on 01984 640 401 and ask for Chloe Sully. No refund will be given for non-attendance due to illness.

What is included?

Ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment and aprons are provided for all courses. We are also providing hotel accommodation for 1 night and refreshments throughout the day.

Where do I park?

Car parking will be available on site and directions of how to get here will be sent once booking confirmed.
