Bake the difference to a better bakery, a better future - Workshop, 19th-20th September 2022

With the cost of living rising and everyone feeling the pinch, the future of bakeries rely on adapting to the market, through innovation as a company to keep customers returning. This is why sharing best practice among your industry is a powerful move, a move that Adam Pagor, owner of Grain and Hearth, feels passionately about. The more we come together as a sector, the better longevity of all our businesses!

Working closely with Brook Food, Adam Pagor will run a 2-day workshop that has been created to educate bakers on developing their bakes in a mindful and sustainable way, with 3 core areas including:

  • Getting more from one dough – easily increasing product range through a variety of inclusions
  • Making the most of laminating – utilising waste to create new product lines
  • Remembering the basics - traditional products, using leftovers, saving time and money

Located at Brook Food, Williton, near Taunton, Adam will be hosting this event increasing the awareness and knowledge around being a better baker for the future. With accommodation, breakfast and dinner included, this masterclass is aimed for all bakers, who too are looking for conscious solutions to their business problems.

With networking opportunity and opening your eyes to a fresh perspective this workshop is sure to help you make those better choices to benefit your business and work towards a better future, together.
