We are excited to announce we will be running a workshop in partnership with Baker of the Year 2021, in our very own test bakery. Running across 2 days, learn what is takes to run a business as well as a masterclass in baking.

This course is perfect for those looking to take their baking to the next level and wanting to learn the theory behind running a bakery business focussed around quality and passion. 

Tim knows first-hand what it takes to run a bakery. We hope the course will empower you to feel more confident on what is needed to develop your business

You’ll take home a bag of your freshly baked goodies to share with family and friends as well as a fountain of knowledge to help you build your business and baking skills.

What will the course cover in more detail?

Across both days Tim will provide his expert knowledge on building a bakery business. Plus lots of hands on mixing, shaping and baking of Blaa dough, Focaccia, Ciabatta, Danish pastries, Pain au Chocolat. 

What will be provided?

We provide all ingredients and equipment, including aprons here at the test bakery so all you need on the day is yourselves and a passion to learn more.

Across both days lunch will also be provided, including hot and cold drinks throughout the day.

The course will start promptly at the advertised time.

Plus, get the opportunity to speak with Steve and Ann Wells who will be offering their knowledge on bakery equipment.
