How much does installation cost?

Depending on what equipment we are delivering and installing the cost will vary. Pallet network services begin at just over £100 and Specialist fleet services at £250 going upwards depending on the site location, vehicle required etc. Installation can often be combined with the delivery cost when ordering multiple items.

I’m ordering multiple products – do I have to pay twice for installation or delivery?

Our courier service for palleted items is charged by ‘pallet space’ on the vehicle so if ordering multiple items it may be worth considering our specialist fleet service which is a one-off fee for the vehicle.

Can you install on a different day to delivery?

In most cases this is entirely possible. The important thing before installation is that your services are in place, so if they aren’t and you’d like to delay the installation/connection just let us know to avoid additional charges. Sometimes it’s hard to avoid the extra charge if the delivery itself requires an element of installation resources for completion, but we will do our best.

Do I need installation?

Many of our items available for Same Day dispatch, do not require complex installation but may just need an electrician to hard wire in to a prepared supply, others just plug in. For larger and more complex machines or items requiring build or integration we offer installation to make things easier for you, if you want to discuss this, please get in touch.

Can I book delivery and installation on a certain day?

Our couriered services for smaller items that fit on a pallet, enables us to specify a delivery date (and time slot at additional cost) to suit you.

For larger items that require our specialist fleet services, we will always try our best - but we cannot promise a definitive day. Many bakery businesses are closed on Mondays but we cannot accommodate everyone hoping for a Monday delivery. We will provide an initial date range at the point of order, with specific dates firmed up a week or so beforehand.
