We will be adding additional items of ingredients and packaging next week, will add pictures and issue a supplementary lot list.

Sale Format

Due to the size of the site and number of lots we are selling all items by informal tender

The process is as follows

Inspect lots either in person on a viewing day or view the pictures

Decided what lots are of interest

Make offers for each individual lot, use the bidding form attached, either email back to us or hand in on site after viewing

ALL LOTS ARE SUBJECT TO 15% BUYERS PREMIUM

Lift out charges apply to all lots, see catalogue for individual charges, this charge covers loading lots onto buyers vehicles, this does not include packaging or crating for shipping

VAT @20% will be added to all lots and charges

All bids must be received by 5.00 pm 7th June

Winning bidders will be notified by 12th June

All lots to be paid for and collected by Fri 16th June, larger items by arrangement after this date

Delivery and shipping can be arranged on all lots, please ask for costings

 

We strongly recommend attending site to view the lots prior to bidding

No appointment is necessary to view, all equipment is available to see on site, the Brook team will be on site on all the viewing days to answer any questions

No lots will be sold before the close of bidding on 7th June so there is no need to rush to view at 8.30am on the first day

All lots sold according to our standard terms and conditions, available on request with the following additional special conditions

All lots are sold as they stand, as seen, with no warranty as to condition, functionality, suitability or compliance with current health and safety regulations

Bidders should make their own enquiries as to the condition and suitability of lots before bidding

All sales are final no lots may be returned after the sale

All lots to be paid for in full prior to collection by the date specified above

All lots to collected from the above address by the time specified above

We reserve the right to accept bids at our discretion which may or may not be of the highest monetary value

All sizes and quantities described are approximate and buyers should confirm accuracy prior to bidding, no allowances shall be made for any shortages or differences in size
