Brook expand sales expertise with technical product specialist Simon Lawton Hayes. Having worked in the Supermarket bakery arena for 28 years, Simon brings a new approach and focus to our sales team with experience and strong understanding of retail and developing end products for large volume.

Joining us after many years at CSM where Simon has demonstrated key skills in developing and supporting not only the opening of many instore Supermarket bakeries but also in the vital role of bespoke technical training for bakery managers from the introduction of functional ingredients, dough making, baking through to merchandising and display. With vast experience of developing successful new product lines, Simons breadth of knowledge of large scale production and technical support is a welcome asset to the Brook Food team.
