At Brook Food we pride ourselves in being able to help out quickly when a customer needs us. Just last week Graham Principe at East and West Bakery in Barnstable, Devon was stuck with in a dillema when overnight his hobart mixer experienced a gear problem and broke down. With this not running Grhams production was massively disturbed. When Graham contacted us first thing Tuesday morning we organised a new record 40 litre to be delivered and installed that day. By 3pm that afternoon the mixer was running and production was back on track by the evening. Graham was delighted with the service he had received and the help we were able to offer him so quickly. We always keep a selection of new machines on site ready for same or next day delivery which is a huge bonus when our customers need a machine there and then.
