We can't believe that it is now just a few weeks until the 2017 prestigious Baking Industry Awards. This is our fourth year of both sponsoring and Judging the Baker of the Year category and it has to be said, it was a really tough task.

We always find the judging process incredibly tough  , but this year once again it was even harder to judge. With an increase in the number of entries from bakers spanning the industry and country, from independent bakers to industrial multiples the calibre was very high.

During June and July both Steve and Ann Wells, of Brook Food and independent Judge Brian Clarke travelled the country to visit the shortlisted entrants and it has to be said, the bar set was very high and bakers did not disappoint.

We are really pleased to say that our 3 finalists for Baker of the Year 2017 are as follows.
