Our Baker of the Year Finalists - 20/08/2015

We can't believe that it's just a few weeks until this year’s prestigious Baking Industry Awards. This is our second year of both sponsoring and Judging the Baker of the Year category and it has to be said, it was really hard. We thought that last year was a difficult enough task , but this year it was even harder to judge. We saw an increase in the number of entries from bakers spanning the industry and country, from independent bakers to industrial multiples . Brook Ladies Take on Pretty Muddy.   Back in January of this year, Emily in Ops decided that she wanted to take on a physical challenge whilst raising money for a good cause. She found that there was a Pretty Muddy event taking place in Bristol and decided to rope in as many of the Brook Ladies as she could. Brook Ladies take on Pretty Muddy this Weekend. - 01/07/2015

So the weekend of the 4th of July is nearly upon us. To us here at Brook, that means it's nearly Pretty Muddy time.
