We're going to be a Judge at The National Cupcake Championships - 27/10/2014

We are really please and excited to announce that Ann Wells our Operations Director will be joining the judging panel at this years National Cupcake Championships. Ann will be joining a fabulous selection of Judges from all over the baking world including Will Torrent and Fiona Cairns on the 8th November at Cake International at Birmingham NEC. Bakers Fair 2014 - 14/10/2014

We had a great Weekend in Newark at the annual Autumn Bakers and Butchers Fair. It was great to see so many there. The Bread and the Pie competition entries looked amazing. One of the highlights for Sanders was meeting up with Cheggers, we think they made a great double Act. This Week is Craft Bakers Week, a week to celebrate your local baker and support their artisan talents and what they can do. Bakeries all over the country are this week doing their bit to encourage the general public into their bakeries to try for themselves their wonderful delights. Congratulations to Baker of the Year Mark Bennett - 11/09/2014

Well what can we say, Once again we had a fantastic night at this years Baking Industry Awards . The night saw lots of truly spectacular finalists all looking to win the coveted trophies. We were really honoured to sponsor the Baker of the Year category this year and everyone we saw on our travels who had entered were great. Our final 3 were Mark Bennett of Patisserie Mark Bennett, Dominic Salter of The Sandwich Box amd Cyril Denecheau of The Bread Factory who all joined us with their wives last night to a wonderful evening of entertaintainment.
