BROOK FOOD GEARS UP FOR BAKING INDUSTRY EXHIBITION
Exhibitions are a great place for customers to come and see the 'latest' equipment and the next 'big thing' but in today’s' market bakers aren't always in the financial position to afford new equipment. As a result the interest in refurbished machinery has grown since the recession started and at this years Baking Industry Exhibition Brook Food Processing Equipment will be showcasing their refurbishment services by exhibiting examples of their used stock. Brook Food are the UK's largest stockist of refurbished equipment and they are pleased to offer customers an alternative to spending funds on new machinery, typically a refurbished machine is between 50 and 75% cheaper than the cost of the new equivalent. With machinery from all the major manufacturers there is no need to compromise when buying a refurbished machine.

Showcasing in Bakery Live, and giving you the opportunity to see our equipment in use, our demonstrators will be running the Polin Multidrop depositors and the Bell Perkins multi-purpose depositor as well as Spiral Mixers and Deck Ovens.
