On site POLIN MULTIDROP JUNIOR Demos lead to increased production
2007 has seen the expansion of POLIN’s Multidrop Depositor range and in particular the introduction of the JUNIOR Machine which has quickly become a market leader in its field. Having featured in the Skoda Fabia Car-Cake advert the depositor has quickly become a bestseller.
We have been offering on site demos for the Polin Multidrop Junior
depositors so that our customers can see for themselves the benefits that the machine carries over its competitors.
One of those such customers who took advantage of the chance to use the machine for his own products before making the commitment to buy was London based Renbake Patisserie, Chaim Lowy tells his story:
“For many years I have used an automated depositing system for producing éclairs, choux buns etc. The machine came to the end of it’s useful life and
I had to make a choice of purchasing a new machine from the same
supplier or looking elsewhere.
Whichever machine I was going to purchase needed to offer more variety and a guarantee of a greater consistency of the finished product.
I contacted Brook Food Equipment who were offering a free in-house
demonstration on their Junior depositing system. This was arranged and over the day we produced 20 different products including éclairs, choux buns, meringues, sheeted sponges and sponge drops into tins.
I purchased the machine following the demonstration and received full training on delivery and have subsequently added many new products into my range due the versatility of the machine such as biscuits using the wire cutting facility.”
